The Texas 18th District Blog Terms and Conditions: “The Texas 18th District Blog” is provided by “Faulk for Congress” for the people of the Texas 18th Congressional District. Our goals are to provide a place where the community comes together to share information and concerns in a timely, friendly and informational manner. We enourage the posting by community members as well as informative and relevant links. Spam is being automatically filtered and will be moderated. Abject and repeat “Spammers” will be subject to “blacklisting” without notice. “The Texas 18th District Blog” maintains all rights to define “Spam” and to take any action necessary to edit or delete postings in the “The Texas 18th District Blog”  up to and including permanent denial of access for any participant.In order to achieve these goals, all participants in “The Texas 18th District Blog” are required to comply with the following terms and conditions of participation (”Terms and Conditions”). By participating in this blog, users hereby agree to be bound by and warrant their full compliance with the following Terms and Conditions.
