Texas Voter Fraud Is a 3rd Degree Felony

Texas Voter Fraud Is a 3rd Degree Felony

Let’s all understand that Texas Voter Fraud, including purposely voting more than 1 time in a Presidential Election is punishable as a 3rd Degree Felony and that such voter fraud will be and already is being vigorously pursued in the State of Texas.

With the problems we have had with ACORN fraudulent voter registrations nation wide and other issues including “snow-birds” registering and voting in more than one state….. The “hammer is down” in Texas this year!

Voting twice (more than once) in a presidential election is a 3rd degree felony in Texas (and in most States) punishable by up to 5-10 years in prison and a $5,000-$10,000 fine. This election is far too important to let “Voter Indiscretion” slide by the wayside. Texas and other states are on-guard.

Certain Political Dignitaries did Texas a great disservice misrepresenting the fact that Texans can vote twice in the “2-Step” word play, including Bill Clinton. That’s not fact.

Texas authorities are on the lookout for dual registered “snowbirds” as well as anyone else fraudulently voting twice in early voting and on election day, at the polls.

Play those games in Texas and you run a high risk of becoming a convicted 3rd degree felon this year in Texas.

IT”S NOT WORTH THE RISK!

Let’s get this sorted out before Tuesday.

The Only Time I Was Ever Ashamed to be an American

The Only Time I Was Ever Ashamed to be an American

I’m 53 yrs old now and I feel compelled to convey the story about the only time in my life that I was ashamed to be an American:

I worked 25 years in the Oil & Gas Industry and had reached a level as Engineer in a prestigious marketing position for one of the world’s top Oil & Gas Service Companies.

Much to my future wife’s distain I was doing month long marketing tours across world regions promoting an innovative new product I was in charge of.

This particular tour was “Asia Pacific” and included many countries. Cutting a long story short, I was coming off the Island of Borneo, had just left Kuala Lumpur and had arrived in Australia when the news broke of the Bill Clinton – Monica Lewinski affair and the “mess” they’d made of the “Ovary Office”.

You Bet – I was embarrassed to be an American at that moment.

Ask yourself why most “infidelity” scandals involving our legislators are predominantly perpetrated by Democrats.

I did not like being placed in the position of representing the US as the Democrats cast us into that “Laughing Stock” role”!

If It Redistributes Like a Duck…

“If It Redistributes Like a Duck…”:

Friday, October 31, 2008

By: David Harsanyi

Obama is first ever presidential candidate to call for redistribution.

Barack Obama is going to fix the economy by “spreading the wealth around”?

Now, I’m not attempting to demonize Obama, God forbid. It’s just that, as we all know, that’s what Obama told Joe the Plumber.

Obama laughs off the charge of socialist behavior — and to be fair, socialism isn’t the precise term to affix to his ideas. It’s more like Robin Hood economics. On a recent campaign stop, Obama joked that by the end of the week, McCain would be accusing him “of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten.”

A funny line. But of course, Obama’s lofty intellect must comprehend the fundamental difference between sharing your GI Joe with a friend and having a bully snatch your GI Joe for the collective prepubescent good. It’s the difference between coercion and free association and trade. In practical terms, it’s the difference between government cheese and a meal at Ruth’s Chris.

Now, I’m not suggesting Obama intends to transform this nation into 1950s-era Soviet tyranny or that he will possess the power to do so. I’m suggesting Obama is praising and mainstreaming an economic philosophy that has failed to produce a scintilla of fairness or prosperity anywhere on earth, ever.

If It Quacks Like a Duck, it’s a Duck… Read the rest here, originally published by RealClearPolitics.com:

The Obama We Cannot Believe In

Let us hope that today’s Israeli government understands that issue the same way as regards Iran, since ours may not.

Despite the media hype that we need to rehabilitate ourselves in the eyes of the world, the United States of America remains the number one destination of immigrants from around the world, some of whom take desperate chances with their lives to get here, whether across the waters of the Caribbean or by crossing our dangerous southwest desert.

Is freedom of speech in Obama’s lexicon?
Tuesday October 28, 2008 by Mychal Massie — Obama has staked his presidential aspirations on “change” and being the advocate for the middle class, i.e., the people. Yet it appears that one of the primary changes he will exact is to strip the “people” of their constitutional right to freedom of speech by ensuring that they pay a painful pr …”

Obama just said “we are 4 days away...” from election day.  Finally, a truthful utterance!

Heritage Foundation Requests Obama to Pull False Ad

Plundering the Plumber’s Records

If Joe the Plumber were Jawad the Suspected Terrorist, civil liberties activists would stampede the halls of Congress on his behalf. Liberal columnists would hyperventilate over the outrageous invasions of his privacy by Ohio state and local employees. The ACLU would demand the Big Brother snoopers’ heads. And Democratic leaders would convene immediate hearings and parade him around the Beltway as the new poster boy/victim of unlawful domestic spying.

But because peaceful American citizen Joe Wurzelbacher is an outspoken enemy of socialism, rather than an enemy of America, the defenders of privacy have responded to his plight with an impenetrable cone of silence.

Global Warming Hoax to Convince Us We Need Gov’t Protection

The title above is my personal opinion.

I have read numerous times over the last 10 years in James Taranto’s Wall St Journal column about scientists disagreeing with the media on Global Warming.  Most recently about fishermen having difficulty getting to North Sea fishing areas where they normally fish in summers. The idea of Global Warming is to implement more government control over our lives by taking away our cars and making us use public transportation; by making us live in smaller houses so we can pay more taxes, and on and on.

MIT scientists baffled by global warming theory, contradicts scientific data

Boston (MA) - Scientists at MIT have recorded a nearly simultaneous world-wide increase in methane levels. This is the first increase in ten years, and what baffles science is that this data contradicts theories stating man is the primary source of increase for this greenhouse gas. It takes about one full year for gases generated in the highly industrial northern hemisphere to cycle through and reach the southern hemisphere. However, since all worldwide levels rose simultaneously throughout the same year, it is now believed this may be part of a natural cycle in mother nature - and not the direct result of man’s contributions.

Record snow storm triggers delays

Snow flurries throughout the night and early morning caused numerous delays for travellers using Switzerland’s rail system on Thursday.

Snow blankets London for Global Warming debate

Recently the American media has begun to notice the odd incongruity of saturation media coverage here which insists that global warming is both man-made and urgent, and a British public which increasingly doubts either to be true. 60 per cent of the British population now doubt the influence of humans on climate change, and more people than not think Global Warming won’t be as bad “as people say”.

RECORD COLD FOR OCALA

Record cold swept over the region Wednesday

It was a record for Oct. 29 and the second lowest temperature ever recorded in October since 1850. Ocala’s official weather site is at the city water treatment plant on Southeast 24th Street.Until Wednesday, Oct. 29’s record temperature was 37 in 1943 and a close second was 38 degrees in 1957.

I heard Obama this morning condemn Bush and McCain for not doing enough to fight global warming.  From the above articles it seems they are overdoing it.  Bush and McCain need to reduce their efforts or we are going to be too cool.

More Information

Scientists who remain calm are intimidated, and those extreme skeptics who doubt the global warming orthodoxy are abominated. A distinguished American think tank that sought an open debate on climate change, the American Enterprise Institute, was slandered in the media as a tool of Big Oil. A leading British climate scientist, Mike Hulme of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, has adumbrated the extent of this anti-intellectual campaign, saying “I have found myself increasingly chastised by climate change campaigners when my public statements and lectures on climate change have not satisfied their thirst for environmental drama and exaggerated rhetoric.”

Global Warming Gobbledygook
“Here’s a Reuters dispatch that exemplifies why “global warming” is impossible to take seriously:

Even if people stopped pumping out carbon dioxide and other pollutants tomorrow, global warming would still get worse, two teams of researchers reported on Thursday. . . .

Virtually no one disagrees human activity is fueling global warming, and a global treaty signed in Kyoto, Japan, aims to reduce polluting emissions. But the world’s biggest polluter, the United States, has withdrawn from the 1997 treaty, saying its provisions would hurt the U.S. economy.

Actually, lots of people disagree that “human activity is fueling global warming,” but Reuters seems to view them as nonpersons. (By contrast, if you think Osama bin Laden is a “freedom fighter,” you can count on Reuters’ respect.)

In any case, the first paragraph quoted above refutes the second one. If there’s nothing we can do to stop “global warming,” how can we be causing it to begin with?”

An Omen We Can Believe In

Published by Exyankee under Uncategorized

Obama dumped a number of reporters from the press plane this morning saying there just isn’t enough room for them.  These are the only two names I caught, I think there were others.  I was familiar with these 2 so I thought I would show you what I suspect. I think he is in trouble as the “undecideds” decide they feel safer with McCain.

New York Post reporter dumped from Obama press plane

”The New York Post is the 13th-oldest newspaper published in the United States and generally acknowledged as the oldest to have been published continually as a daily, although — like most other papers — its publication has been interrupted by labor actions.[3] Since 1993, it has been owned by Australian-born billionaire Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, which previously had owned it from 1976 to 1988, and is one of the 10 largest newspapers in the United States.”

“While in the past the newspaper had been a long-established politically liberal stalwart, in recent years the paper has adopted a conservative slant, reflecting Murdoch’s politics.”

Washington Times Reporter dumped from Obama press plane

“The Washington Times is a daily broadsheet newspaper published in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States. It was founded in 1982 by Unification Church founder Sun Myung Moon. The Times is known for its conservative stance on political and social issues. As of March 31, 2007, it had an average daily circulation of 102,351,[2] about one-seventh that of its chief competitor in Washington, The Washington Post.”

“At the time of the Times’ founding Washington had only one major newspaper, the Washington Post. The Post had been one of the leading critics of Moon’s anti-communist political activism.”

Concerns About the Proposed Airport Slot Auction

Recently John Faulk received a letter by a concerned employee at Continental Airlines asking for help in making sure that Congress immediately act against the proposed Airline Slot Auction being pushed by the Bush Administration. I have republished the letter below as well as a press release; “US Airport Slot Auctions Illegal And Unjustified” published by the IATA (International Air Transport Association) to help make air travelers aware of the potential problems associated with this proposed action.

Dear Mr. Faulk:

I am pleased to endorse you in the upcoming election and would like to address an issue that needs immediate attention and hope you can help.

As an employee for Continental Airlines I want you to ensure that Congress passes legislation this year to prohibit the DOT from implementing the illegal, ill-timed and destructive slot auction proposal.

Continental Airlines has spent billions of dollars building our hub at Newark and serving 157 cities worldwide from Liberty International Airport. Yet, the Bush Administration is planning to confiscate airline slots at the three New Jersey/New York airports this fall and then sell those slots to the highest bidder on January 12, 2009 - just eight days before the new President takes office.

The Bush Administration has proposed to sell slots at Newark because they want to draw attention away from their failure to reduce delays and congestion in NJ/NY over the last eight years.

Instead of allocating the operational, financial and personnel resources needed to run an efficient Air Traffic Control system, the Administration proposes to raise more money by taking away airline slots and selling them to the highest bidder. Obviously, that plan won’t reduce delays. It will simply mean that delays will continue but passengers will pay higher fares and smaller cities will lose access to NJ/NY.

With the economy in crisis, the slot auction proposal could not come at a worse point in time for airlines and their employees - the DOT must be stopped by Congress.

The Congress and U.S. General Accounting Office have determined that the DOT does not have the authority to take our slots and sell them. The only way to stop them is if Congress passes a statute this year to prevent this illegal action.

Please tell the Leadership today that the slot auction prohibition must be included in the stimulus bill or any other bill this November - Congress must act now or it will be too late for us, for our customers and for dozens of small communities around the country.

Thank you for your time and hope to seat you in my District. We need a leader and someone to listen to “We The People”.

Sincerely;

(Airline employee name and position witheld for privacy)

Republished Press Release:
US Airport Slot Auctions Illegal And Unjustified” published by the IATA (International Air Transport Association) to help make air travelers aware of the potential problems associated with this proposed action.

US Airport Slot Auctions Illegal And Unjustified

Washington - The International Air Transport Association (IATA) condemned the final rule issued today by the Bush Administration, which allows the government to confiscate and auction airport take-off and landing slots at New York’s airports as an ineffective and illegal way to alleviate flight delays.

“Today’s decision is incredibly disappointing. Rather than addressing the root-causes of congestion at New York’s airports, the Bush Administration is spending its last days in office single-mindedly pursuing an alleged free-market experiment at some of the globe’s most important aviation gateways,” said Giovanni Bisignani, IATA’s Director General and CEO.

“The Department of Transportation (DOT) is out of touch with reality. Substantially raising airline costs with an illegal scheme in the middle of a perfect storm of high oil prices and falling demand makes no sense. Consumers, airlines, airports and local communities all stand to lose from today’s decision,” said Bisignani.

Slot confiscation is almost universally opposed. “DOT has made it abundantly clear that it will ignore the nearly universal opposition to this slot confiscation plan by the international airline and airport community as well as the U.S. Congress. The U.S. Government Accountability Office has already concluded it is an illegal scheme. The industry is now forced to use the U.S. judicial system to get the Government to accept its own advice,” said Bisignani.

Proven methods to manage congestion exist. “DOT ignored 60 years of internationally accepted and proven slot management procedures contained in the IATA Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines (WSG). Over 140 airports around the world use these guidelines to effectively manage congestion while maintaining a level playing field for airlines to compete,” said Bisignani.

Notes for Editors:
IATA represents some 230 airlines comprising 93% of scheduled international traffic
IATA’s WSG is a global standard that has been employed successfully for 60 years and is currently followed at 140 Level 3 airports worldwide.

Comments On Today’s News

Another view on why the stock markets are so bad  Wall St Journal article you should see.

Obama and the Politics of Crowds

“On the face of it, there is nothing overwhelmingly stirring about Sen. Obama. There is a cerebral quality to him, and an air of detachment. He has eloquence, but within bounds. After nearly two years on the trail, the audience can pretty much anticipate and recite his lines. The political genius of the man is that he is a blank slate. The devotees can project onto him what they wish. The coalition that has propelled his quest — African-Americans and affluent white liberals — has no economic coherence. But for the moment, there is the illusion of a common undertaking — Canetti’s feeling of equality within the crowd…”

Obama and “The Left”

“Although Senator Barack Obama has been allied with a succession of far left individuals over the years, that is only half the story. There are, after all, some honest and decent people on the left. But these have not been the ones that Obama has been allied with– allied, not merely “associated” with.

A candidate who spends two decades promoting polarization and then runs as a healer and uniter, rather than a divider, forfeits all trust by that fact alone.”

California Black Republicans Speak Out

I enjoyed Ken’s post; “Best Political Video of the Year

You just have to love Black Republicans that have the cohunes to speak their mind, especially when they are hailing from the dregs of Democrat Hell as these guys do from California. All my “kudos” go for the folks at machosauceproduction.

Those guys are “Pace-Setters” for American Black Republicans. Can we set up a new blog category; “Black Republicans” to try and help promote their voice here? Maybe we can encourage Texas Black Republicans to speak out like California Black Republicans are.

I looked into Macho Sauce Production and found another video I want to present here. It’s simple and straight to the point describing why they chose to be Republican:

These guys are straight out and right to the point. You have to love them for who they are. Let’s promote their endeavors here.

Liberal Media Distortion of the Political Polls

Liberal Media’s Distortion of the Polls

I firmly believe the liberal media is distorting the polls to try and discourage Non-Democrat voters.

Another Blog Author here (Exyankee) posted “One Reason Why Polling Organizations Are Not Representative”. If you haven’t read it, take a moment to gain insight to how the liberal media works.

Not only are the pollsters biased but they have been coached to misrepresent in many cases.

They know that if they can demoralize all Non-Democrat voters by pretending that the election is over before the tally begins, they have a chance of leaving contending voters behind on their couch come election day!

This is way too important an election for anyone to be left behind. More than ever this year, every vote counts! Don’t be duped into setting out by the liberal led media, CNN polls or anyone else’s.

In fact, I expect to see quite a few surprises when Americans vote this year.

The only poll that counts happens on election day.

Get up, get out and vote.

When you vote, no matter who you vote into top office, make sure and vote for John Faulk instead of Sheila Jackson Lee in Congress. We need Congressional Representatives who will provide Houston jobs, prevent obscene runaway tax money spending and ride governance over our financial institutions.

He Was Leading IN “57″ States A Few Weeks Ago

AP Poll: Obama leads or tied in 8 crucial states. Yahoo! article here

Article here:  ACORN Owes Millions in Taxes

“An intrepid researcher has discovered more than 200 tax liens totaling more than $3.7 million have been filed by the government against the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now for unpaid taxes since the late eighties.”

Obama just said on TV that we may think he is a communist for sharing his toys in kindergarten.  Actually we may think he is a communist for taking the other childrens’ toys.  Don’t Kindergartens actually own the toys, its been so long since I or my kids went to Kindergarten I can’t remember.

One of the hypothetical questions being asked in an ad on TV is who would you want to wake up and find out is President on November 5th.

If Charlie Rangel gets his way and a military draft call-up is implemented, which President would you want to serve under?

I just heard that the Fed interest rate cut today is the lowest its been since the Eisenhower Administration in the 1950s.  I was about 10 years old then.  My parents and my sisters and I lived better than ever before and ever since.  My mother was a high school graduate but my father wasn’t.  He did however go to night school to get an equivalent education.  My point though is they were not college graduates but inflation was low, interest rates were low and we lived more comfortably than we could have imagined.  Because of low interest rates we were able to have a car and a television.  No one else on our street had either in the early 1950s.  When a neighbor needed a ride to a hospital or doctor my parents took them.  We lived in a suburb of Philadelphia.  The key to the wonderful economics then was very low inflation.  Also as the evil villain Donald Rumsfeld once said in a speech, the USA was the only country that could export goods.  Our factories still functioned.  Most of Europe and Asia had been destroyed by Europeans and Asians.  We joined the war in the last few years and helped out.  We also helped rebuild them both after the war.

The market reaction to the 1% interest rate has been mixed because no one knows what the effects will be.  In the previous paragraph I was trying to show that it could be good. My oldest sister and her husband bought a house with a 2% mortgage in the late 1950s.  She still lives in it today.  She paid $12,000 in 1950’s dollars.

I heard late yesterday that the stock market dropped just before closing again because someone issued a false report about a large company.

Obama To Spread the Wealth Around to Needy Rivals (Scrappleface does satire)

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · 32 Comments

(2008-10-25) — Coming off a month in which his campaign raised a record-breaking $150 million, Sen. Barack Obama announced today that he would voluntarily redistribute his cash to his presidential rivals including Libertarian Bob Barr, Independent Ralph Nader, Green Party pick Cynthia McKinney and even Republican John McCain, who has struggled to make ends meet while running on public assistance.

Breaking News Item: I wonder if George Soro’s accountant is upset about a $150 million unidentified out of balance condition in the records. (just being sarcastic)

Dick Morris on O’Reilly last night: If the healthcare system is expanded to include 47 million Americans who currently don’t have health insurance who is going to treat them.  He also mentioned that the 47 million figure politicians use includes illegal aliens. (Whether or not we provide for them is a moral issue not germaine to this election at this time)  Also among the 47 million are young people in the 20 to 40 age range who don’t want health insurance because 12 monthly premiums greatly exceeds the fee for service they can pay for a flu shot or rare doctor visit.  I’m not going to go in depth on services currently available to the poor because we covered that in at least two previous posts.

However the limited medical service provider issue is relevant and something I hadn’t thought about.  When you provide taxpayer funded healthcare to 47 million more people, people who didn’t go to the doctor for routine illnesses and cuts and bruises now start going.  As I mentioned when I was a kid  my family never went to a doctor for anything.  When my dad’s employer began offering health insurance as an employee benefit we started going every time we had something  more than the common cold.

Other families did as well.  That is when doctors’ fees and hospital costs started rising.  Demand drove prices up.  An individual might not have wanted to pay, but if an insurance company was paying, why not use it.  As an adult I watched co-workers take their kids to a doctor for things I never would have.  So if the supply of medical service providers remains the same we have to go to rationing.  If the government sets an artificial or bureaucratic price on fees then it becomes unprofitable for doctors.

It costs a doctor a couple hundred thousand to go to medical school.  He also has to pay for malpractice insurance and all of the diagnostic equipment in his office as well as staff.  I went to a doctor this week for a foot problem.  He had at least 6 staff in his office,  medical and clerical.  He has to bill for insurance coverage payments, schedule appointments, provide for accounting and bank deposits for his office.  He had a medical professional prepare my foot for minor surgery which I hadn’t anticipated when I went  into his office.

If the government tells him he cannot charge a fee adequate to cover all of his professional expenses and include enough for his personal residence, auto and family expenses why go to medical school and incur the costs.

We then go to a rationing basis as in Europe and Canada.  Now, Canadians come here.  Europeans go to Africa on vacation for medical treatment.  Where will we go!

One last comment.  I didn’t watch the 30 minute Obama infomercial last night but I saw clips in the news.  Obama said he will put a 90 day moratorium on mortgage payments.  Will that increase the ability of the homeowner to resume his  payments monthly when the moratorium expires.  What affect will it have on the mortgage companies not receiving cash during that period and not collecting the interest which is the life blood of their business.  It is the interest that enables them to pay their bills.

Anything To Raise Funds

Jackson Lee’s website links to plus-size brassieres

Those who visit Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s (D-Texas) website are in for a real treat, including links to where to purchase plus-size bras, hot deals on women’s shoes and the more serious issue of “Dafur” (indeed, the war-torn region of Sudan is missing an R on the website).

The problem appears to be that a click on the Congressional Black Caucus icon on Jackson Lee’s site turns up shopping opportunities such as the aforementioned bras and shoes.

Looks like the webmaster in Jackson Lee’s office is asleep at the wheel. Plug in www.thecongressionalblackcaucus.com and a visitor arrives to the real Congressional Black Caucus webpage, complete with a welcoming photograph of CBC Chairwoman Carolyn Kilpatrick (D-Mich.).

Jackson Lee’s spokeswoman did not return calls by press time.

Here is her website  I couldn’t find it but maybe you can.  I didn’t try the CBC website since I don’t use that type of underwear.
