The Faulk for Congress Organization Endorses T. Boone Pickens Energy Plan
The Faulk for Congress Organization Endorses the T. Boone Pickens Energy Plan.
A large percentage of the U.S. population doesn’t know that “Oil Rich” Texas has been turning toward renewable energy resources for some time. Texas is now the largest producer of wind powered energy in the U.S. at 5% of Texas’s electric power and we are looking for more, not only for Texas, but the entire nation.
Just before we review the T. Boone Pickens Energy plan here on John’s website, let’s hear what one Texas rancher has to say, reported by a French News Agency:
Wind Farms Power Oil-Rich Texas:
The Faulk for Congress Organization believes that the T. Boone Pickens Energy Plan should be embraced within a comprehensive U.S. Energy Policy going forward.
Let’s take a brief but serious look at what a world class energy expert believes right now:
T. Boone Pickens Explains His Plan:
That’s impressive. Maybe he should be running for the Senate or Congress!
No, he epitomizes what makes this country great, “The Free Enterprise System”. Join us in supporting “The T. Boone Pickens Energy Plan” this election year. It’s good clean renewable energy, realizable within a short timetable, dynamic, bi-partisan and definitely “Green”.
Let’s throw our support behind him and help Congress form a real substantive National Energy Plan now!
Ken
You can help us send John Faulk to Congress in November, today.
Nice post Ken!
I think we are on the same page here in saying:
T. Boone Pickens is addressing the shortest term, cleanest energy response we can make in turning American Energy needs around, reducing dependence on foreign oil.
In a more comprehensive National Energy Policy we still need to include opening up the OCS (Offshore Continental Shelf) for oil production and diminishing the 42 month approval moratorium on nuclear power projects/installations to around 18 months max. Both the latter energy sources are much safer now than they have ever been.
Those technologies have greatly advanced on the safety side and don’t deserve or require as long an Engineering or Regulatory Approval process to proceed forward any longer.

I am sure he has looked into the Nations Energy Issues with a great deal more clarity. Here he is just dealing out the most immediate short term solution.
Can you imagine how many jobs could be created almost immediately laying out a National Energy Policy embracing all these issues?
He is absolutely right in saying we all need to get on the same page and support each other under good leadership.
